  1. I do. He is actually very smart. Here is what you can take from this. 1. He is making our allies happy by praising them. 2. He is ripping on Obamacare by saying it is so bad that other countries are now better than us 3. This actually rips on single payer. He is saying we are worse, under Obamacare, than single payer which is not the best we can do. We can do better.

  2. Trump feels that Obamacare is a disaster and has made it so that our healthcare system is worse than what other countries have which is single payer. If anything it is a sly way in ripping on single payer and the US system at the same time.

  3. This is basically a sly way in saying Obamacare sucks and so does single payer. He said that every country has better healthcare than the US because of Obamacare. It isn't praising single payer but ripping on Obamacare.

  4. Estivel Garcia, a couple things. Saying something "works" is not the same as saying it is the most efficient system one can have. Next, saying you support universal healthcare does not mean you support a government ran system. One problem I have with the left these days is that they feel that the government is the sole provider of certain programs. As if the government does not provide something than it will cease to exist or happen. You can have healthcare for all (essentially) with a private system. Cell phones, for example, are not "universal" as in provided by the government, but yet 91% of people own one.
