  3. You don't want policies at the federal level being determined by the simple majority. That is literally the majority oppressing the minority. Also, most people are not knowledgeable enough to make such informed decision and smaller states will suffer where larger states will do better.

  4. I can live with that. The economy is growing so no need for any more major reforms and another SC justice would be nice.

  6. Uh, people did not die due to lack of Medicaid expansion. A study out of Oregon showed that even when you give Medicaid to people they do not improve in physical health.
