They aren't scared. Whenever she opens her mouth she is driving more people to vote republican. She is a moron.

It isn't hard. She is doing 90% of the work.

beanie0112 Not understanding how unemployment is calculated. How this story was about a woman on Medicaid was denied coverage and she said it was private insurance. Just look her up on videos created by "Don't Walk, Run! Productions". They show a lot of dumb things said by her. Also, look her up on Politifact.

@DuragAllDay , one, wages have arguably not been stagnate. Next, what do you mean by "live without worry"? What is your standard? Living in a 2 bedroom apartment or living with 3 roommates? What is your standard? You have to be more specific? Just saying "living wage" is way too vague.
3
What was wrong is that the person she pointed to being denied care was on Medicaid. It was the government denying her care.
3
@ericnick4498 , go ahead and hide from the facts.
2
@Paul B , and why so many justice democrats won, like that candidate in KS.....oh......wait.....
2
@RR9ISTHEBESTGUARD , I do look at other healthcare around the world. They have shortcomings as well and completely different cultures. It is hard to compare. The argument is much more challenging than saying "look at other nations".
2
Sounds like it. In her tweet she pointed to someone who was denied care when that person was on Medicaid. Noticed how Kyle leaves that out?
2
@killerbee2562 , do you have an actual counter argument?
2
@D_McGeezacks , knowing how unemployment is calculated is not a minor misstep, it is very basic. She does not understand that. Why should I trust her to spend my tax dollars?
1
@D_McGeezacks , she has a degree in economics. People without an economic degree knows how unemployment is calculated. She should know it with a degree in economics. Just like someone with a degree in physics understands Lorentz force. It is very basic.
1
How is that source relevant? That is another major issue. I have my strong criticism on the methods of that study and can break it down, but Kyle cites that sources as if they are highly relevant when I see little to indicate that.
1
Define a "living wage"
1
@baconstrips5509 , so many live paycheck to paycheck due to poor money management. Around 70% of lottery winners go bankrupt, there is a correlation there. People are bad at managing money. Most in poverty don't work full time. Only 2% of people who work full time year round collect food stamps.
1
@nostrum8 , they don't. But the far left does not accept facts.
1
@sarahmcneil846 , only around 2% of full time workers who work year round receive food stamps. Most Walmart workers who receive welfare are either part time or temps. That is not Walmart's fault. Walmart does not have to give them a job.
1
The problem is that AOC's example was pointing to someone being denied coverage when they were on Medicaid, a government program. That is why people are making fun of her.
1
@robertpresley1503 , do you have an actual counter argument?
1
@killerbee2562 , so you have no counter argument.
1
Kyle isn't smart. Notice how he leaves so much out of the story?
1
Atheos B. Sapien , only 7 Justice Democrats won where two were incumbents. Your golden child is AOC, a complete moron. Not much of a victory.
1
@magnummax78 , only 7 Justice Democrats won where 2 were incumbents. AOC sounds like a moron and is your golden child.
1
C Wilson , because AOC is a moron by the standard of politics. I have justified it a lot. When she does not understand how unemployment is calculated but is going to be in charge of my tax dollars, that is an issue.
1
It is, but adding more government is not the solution. Also, AOC's solution is way to simple.
1
No.

Polls are unreliable as they are vague questions to complex issues to a group of uninformed people. The point on medicare being offered to all is not what Bernie's bill is written as. Bernie's M4A bill will outlaw private insurance meaning people will have no choice but to use it. If that was in the poll would people support M4A then? The same is for tax increases. If they see their taxes doubled would they support it then? Kyle points to polls as if they relevant but in reality they are unreliable. Every statistician knows this.
1
@scottw9267 , I question if Kyle is smart. Maybe he is and he is saying what he does to appeal to an audience. But at that point he is a hypocrite. He preaches about strong journalism to educated the people, but then he just throws out polling data the way he does without breaking it down. The issue of healthcare is complex. You can't make an argument on this issue based on polling data. The people who are being polled are not experts on the issues and the questions are vague. People's opinions change when more information is given. Kyle is either not smart or he is a hypocrite.
1
Kyle is a complete idiot when it comes to the issue of healthcare. He keeps pointing to the CommonWealth Fund study but gives no justification in how they are credible. He just points to them because it supports his bias. Also, AOC's tweet involved a person on Medicaid, a government program.
1
@nickatkinson3827 , it doesn't say that.
1
@nickatkinson3827 , the number they produced in the abstract is on the lower bound. They said that chances are the cost will be much higher. They made assumptions such as prices will not go up even though demand will, and that providers will be taking a 40% pay cut. Also, the number the produces was just for public care, it does not include private. You have to read page 4 for that. I encourage you to read the study and not headlines about it.
1
@nickatkinson3827 , so raising taxes will save people money? Also, you are ignoring the quality aspect of the issue. And saying other nations do it is not an argument as there are way too many variables to consider. In other nations people do die because of their healthcare system.
1
@AmineSamus , tell me how the Commmonwealth Fund is relevant? Kyle and his fans just cite it as if it is.
1
@nickatkinson3827 , healthcare rankings are arbitrary. Anyone can do a legit analysis on the stats and create any ranking they want. That is why no academic sources create rankings where all rankings come from special interest groups with a motive.
1
@jojoboko6990 , it is on page 10. Also, Bernie's plan does make private insurance illegal, but there will still be a private market for many elective care. Also, the ideas of making private insurance illegal will be challenged as a similar situation occurred in Canada. But you are the same person who over simplifies things, so why should all of this matter to you?
1
@nickatkinson3827 , so no counter argument?
1
@scottw9267 , either way it was a government program.
1
@StormCrownSr , then why did she deny to debate Shapiro?
1
To answer your question, no.
1
The more she opens her mouth the dumber she looks.
1
Obamacare stopped the pre-existing condition issue. The problem with that is that makes insurance companies to be charities instead of a company. That raises prices making healthcare more expensive.
