  1. Two things, 1. There is no gun violence epidemic. The gun control debate is only brought up after a mass shooting because if it were brought up on any other time there will not be a discussion. The facts on not on the side of the left. 2. I love how Kyle complains about these donations but not donations of unions.

  2. He had a point, unions donate way more than the NRA. Planned Parenthood donated over $30 million to Clinton. $5.9 million is a drop in the bucket at that point, especially since the NRA does not make money off of it.

  3. Two things. 1. So get rid of all chance to fight back? 2. We do not have to be concerned with the federal army. If the federal army were to attack the people it will actually be attacking the states. The state and local governments have much less resources and thus we can attack them. I know a guy who has more weaponry than our local police force does with helicopters with mini guns.

It is a culture issue. Some countries have strict gun laws but lots of murders such as Venezuela for example. 2. Unions have led to higher unemployment a they restrict who is hired. Low skilled workers are not hired. Another one is that unions workers push for a higher min. wage which hurt workers with low skills as well making their life harder. " Over 90% of the US people are in favor of more gun control" That is debatable. In Maryland expanded background checks failed when put up to a vote. In NV it passed by 0.45%. 50.45% <<< 90%. " The NRA leadership doesn't want that." The NRA suggested background checks in the past. Background checks exist. What more do yo want? And how would it have prevented any of these shootings?

  5. The Mother Flickers, Ben Shapiro and Steven Crowder trust the science, they do not trust the government acting like scientists. Also, Shapiro brings up great points on economics, money in politics, social programs, etc. Just because you disagree does not mean he is wrong.

However, we usually have around 4 a year. Also, that a reflection of our culture, not guns. You can criticize that and yes, we should find a way to change it without revoking our rights. But other countries have higher suicide rates because of their culture. Different culture means different issues. "And Kyle frequently laments private donations from all sides." Never heard him complain about Planned Parenthood donating and unions.

  7. Khalkara, 1. Difference in culture. Other countries have higher suicide rates. 2/3 of our gun deaths are suicide. That is not a gun issue, that is a culture issue. Removing guns does not remove people's mindset to kill in some way either themselves or others. 2. Really? There are pros and cons to unions. And I feel the NRA represents people as well. That is a very foolish statement to make.

  8. JushinUchiha, 1. Watch Ben Shapiro's video where he criticized Jimmy Kimmel and what Stefan Molynuex's video on gun control. For the past 20 years gun murders have been dropping. That is even after the "assault weapons" ban was removed. Most gun deaths are by hand guns but the left does not push to regulate those. And NV recently passed expanded background checks. 2. Unions have been known to kill jobs for low skilled workers. PP takes government money which, to me, is legalized money laundering when they donate to politicians. The NRA is pushing to protect our 2nd amendment rights. People can present all these organizations as shady. I personally like to limit governments so it can't be bought. I am equal in that.

  9. Darkwireman, 2/3 of gun deaths are from suicides in the US. Remove that, along with self defense and cops than the gun total deaths drops a lot. People die in many ways and there are many tragedies. I am not down playing them. But we have to remain focused and protect our rights. Two girls stabbed another girl after hearing the story of slender man, do we ban free speech? Where does the removal of our rights end and other methods in solving problems begin? Unions have been known to prevent jobs being given to low skilled workers. PP takes money from the government which is legalized money laundering at that point. Also, to blame the NRA on these mass murders is highly evil of you. You are literally saying that the NRA and its members do not care about these victims. They do. They just have other ideas in how to prevent violence. And name me one legislation that would have stopped this mass shooting?

We have laws on the books, and NV just expanded their background checks. If you look at the trend gun murders have been dropping for over 20 years, even after the removal of the "assault weapons" ban. I am not downplaying these tragedies. But that is what they are, tradegies, not the norm. How many people died in the Joplin tornado years ago? It would have been great if the government would have done something? But they can't. I don't mean to sound cold, but emotions won't work on me. We have laws on the books already. "I'm not explicitly saying the NRA is against saving lives, just that the second amendment rights of Americans matter more than their lives." In many cases rights are more important than lives. We have a military that will risk their lives to protect our rights.

  13. comingviking 2/3 of those are suicides. Remove self defense and justified killing by cops than that number falls down to less than 10,000. Now consider gang related murders and it is much less. Union donations make up some of the top donors.

  14. Grey Silverback, Vegas has their own water source. If not than they have to find a way to get water or move. There is a lot of land that is unoccupied in the US. "With the bogus numbers you have been putting up,you need to address how many children and others die every year from accidental shootings from idiots that own guns that shouldn't." Who are you to say who should and shouldn't own a gun. However, I do agree, people need to be punished more for neglect.

Background checks are federal laws. How do you do mental checks? With that any red flag can make almost anyone illegal from owning a gun. How do you enforce storage requirements without invading people's homes? Self defense is a great reason to own a fire arm. But again, tell me how any of these laws would have prevented these shootings. Dylan Roof bought his gun legally. Yes, the FBI said they had a lapse, but in the end he bought the gun legally. The background check failed there. But sure, I can give you that shooting. Now how about others? The reporter one that guy legally bought a gun as he had not criminal record. How would the damage in Vegas been minimize.
