  1. They voted for him.  Either the people of KS can vote him out or move.  That is the beauty of state rights, he isn't messing up other people's lives (if he is doing it at all).

  2. Bitter Disillusionment I agree, other states should not be liable if another state fails financially. With children if they live in a failing state then when they become of voting age they can change it.
