That is the beauty of state rights, it comes down to culture. The culture in AL wants to place restrictions on abortion. I bet you will disagree with AL's law being federal.

  10.  @thepolishlatinofromphilly9709  , it does via the 2nd amendment. Roe v Wade doesn't make abortion legal, it just protects privacy rights where you actually don't have any in the Constitution. It is a silly argument as I can then argue that murder should be legal as long as I do it in the privacy of my own home.
