  1. I mean, why not? The democrats have gotten so extreme I am not surprised the republicans followed suit. Anyway, a few points: 1. There is some issue with porn. How easily are STDs spread because of it? What about rape? With guns, around 2/3 are suicides dealing with depressed people. That is not a gun issue. Others are gang and drug related, not a gun issue. As a rational person I see a point. I don't agree with it, but I see a point. 2. Religion can't be used as a guide in making laws. It violates the 1st amendment. This is why we have a 1st amendment. Same as how the democrats try to go against the 2nd. 3. There is a point in having religions being taught in schools as an elective. There is a lot of culture and history in it. 4. Saying republicans are anti-poor is debatable. I feel democrats hate poor but continue to push policies to keep them poor knowing they are a strong voting base 5. The republican base is full of christian fundamentalists. This sounds more like a political act then actual policy making. But, in the end, the democrats a just as insane.
