  2. During the Clinton years you had a republican congress. Who controls the purse at the federal level? You can't say if republicans or democrats create deficits because there evidence for both. Just like you can't easily say that tax cuts create deficit and tax increases create revenue. A 100% tax rate will not create revenue while a 0% tax won't as well.

If it was then why not a 100% tax rate? "Why do you guy trust unaccountable private corporations? " In the end all a corporation can do is offer you a product or a job.
