  2. That's our justice system. Sometimes people slip through the cracks. I don't agree with the ruling but I rather have him walk than an innocent man jailed. But live this one up liberals, this is one of very few you got right.

Jordan Womack I am not saying I agree with the ruling, I am saying that the justice system is not perfect.  But I rather see a guilty man walk free than an innocent man be jailed.  That is what the justice system was design to favor.  My other issue is that no liberals are going to cry about how the country is racist or cops are racist murderers when they aren't.  But this one incident is all regressive liberals need.

  4. Ok, so you have one incident to go off of. Big deal. I don't agree with the ruling but that is our justice system. I rather have millions of guilty men walk free than have one innocent man be jailed.

  5. Antisocial Anubis This is pretty much one incident.  You may bring up a few more, but considering how often cops interact with people this does not mean cops are racist murderers or the nation if full of racists.

  6. Mckenzie .Latham The justice system is set up to favor the innocent walking free.  Are the innocent jailed?  Yes.  But with out system more guilty are allowed to walk than innocent are jailed.  It isn't perfect, but nothing is.

  7. Mckenzie .Latham I wold like to see this data.  Even at that it is hard to prove someone guilty which will skew a lot of numbers. Any system will favor those who can undermine it.  As is what we have now is the best.   Unless you have a better system.
