  1. Any study that measures something based off of "happiness" is garbage. You can't quantitatively measure happiness. It is purely subjective. I work 60 hours a week (sometimes more) and I am quite happy and productive. When you enjoy your job than you will be productive. Also, when you want to improve in life and move up you will work hard and be productive. So sure, work 6 hour days, don't cry when someone else works harder than you and becomes rich.
