Really, get over it. It has been a year now. Bernie lost, he will never win, move on.

They don't which is why they vote against socialism.

" low-income and minority voters." So low income white voters are fine? What does race have to do with it?

Bernie would not have won the rust belt. They oppose high taxes. When pushed in a corner Bernie just admitted that he would have to raise taxes on everyone, not just the rich.....1%......millionaires and billionaires....top tenth of 1%.....or whatever he wants to say. It has to be on everyone. The rust belt won't go for that.

Adam, the Clinton vs Trump poll was accurate because it was Clinton vs Trump. Bernie was not exposed to Trump's campaign. You do now know how the election would have turned out if it was Trump vs Bernie as the rallies would have been different, the campaigning would have been different along with the debates. The "Bernie would have beaten Trump" is no different than saying The 1998 Vikings would have beaten the 1998 Broncos in the Super Bowl. They didn't play so you don't know.

Bernie should have ran as an independent but didn't. He lost, move on.

Remember polls said Trump was going to lose to Clinton.

ChrisJ Fox, I know how statistics work. People like Kyle were riding the polls on Trump losing for the entire election. You can also look at the polls that says around 60% want universal healthcare, but 80% in Colorado said no. It seems like the polls are not accurate these days. Also, the point of Bernie beating Trump is moot as Bernie was not subjected to Trump's campaign ads. You are looking at a poll that is similar to asking "who wins the Superbowl this season, Patriots or Eagles". Way too early to tell. So you should learn how statistics work and polling is done and how much it can be wrong. By they way, I use statistics for a living in my career, so I know how it works just fine.

Tyler, I understand about margin of error, however people like Kyle were running with the polls for a long time. At this point I see nothing but excuses. Bernie lost. The polls of him against Trump are meaningless as he was not subjected to Trump's campaign and debates. So it is pointless to look at.
1
At this point Bernie supporters have nothing. They can't criticize Trump in any way so they just say "look, a poll says he would have beaten Trump a year ago!". Really, move one. It didn't happen and never will. Bernie is done.
1
ChrisJ Fox, I listen to Kyle a lot. He clings to polls and did a video about the "says who" guy regarding polls.
1
This is really pathetic. It has been a year, he lost. Bernie was an independent his entire career and bragged about it. Now when he ran as president he switched over to be a Democrat and expected them to accept him. That isn't how it works. He could have ran as an independent but didn't. He lost, period. You guys are like "wah, Bernie would have won, wah. " Get over it. He lost, he will never win, move on.
1
Also, any Bernie vs Trump poll is pointless. Bernie was never exposed to Trump's campaign, attack ads and depates. Those polls are unreliable for that alone. You are counting the chickens before they hatch.
1
There is nothing to indicate that he would have won. That poll is meaningless as Bernie never ran against Trump. He was never exposed to Trump's campaign. People said Trump was going to lose the entire time and he won. For those who said that the DNC screwed over Bernie need to understand that he bragged about being an independent. Now all of a sudden he is a democrat. He always sided when democrats when it was to his advantage but never fully committed. The DNC did not have to have primaries, they could have just picked Clinton. With the primaries they have rules so that only those committed to the DNC can choose. So stop crying about that. Bernie could have ran as an independent. Also, how is Justice Democrats doing now? And has Bernie endorsed them?
1
Tyler, Bernie is the establishment. He is a career politician that does not want to commit to a party unless he benefits him. Again, when has Bernie endorsed Justice Democrats? What makes you think that a guy, who has been a career politicians, endorsed Clinton, owns three homes, and made a million dollars off a selling a book in Walmart is "anti-establishment"?
1
ChrisJ Fox, I am talking about before the general elections, or even the primaries. People said Trump will never run but he did. They said he will never win the primaries and he did. When Trump matched up when it counted he won. You are saying Bernie would have won based on polls before the general election. Bernie did not have to face Trump making that poll irrelevant. You have no clue how a Bernie vs Trump election would have went in terms of campaign, debates and rallies.

Winkle the BernieBro, evidence shows bernie lost
1
John Sayles, nothing was rigged. They have closed voting to prevent outsiders from deciding their party's candidate. Maybe if Bernie and his supporters would have registered as democrats long ago as opposed to doing it at the last minute when they decided to follow politics he would have won. Also, the DNC does not have to have a primary, though could have just picked Clinton.
