  1. AS a moderate here is my take 1. I can agree with this, but the right does as well. When we send our military in to other countries it is for aid and rarely to start wars. 2. People support a path to citizenship, but everyone has to follow it. Also, people support tighter borders. But just making illegals legal is not a solution as it will lead to more problems later. You may make them legal now, but in 40 years from now and we run into the same problem, then what? 3. There is not gun show loophole, and there is no definition of "assault rifles". Background checks already exist. Also, there are restrictions on fully autos and everyone is fine with it. 4. The real case for abortion to be concerned about is Casey vs PP. Also, the issue is not so much access to birth control. Access to BC is relatively available. It is the fact that those who do get unwanted pregnancies generally do not know how to properly use them, even after being educated in them. Plus, other factors such as lack of parents being around, lack of having a job and thus more idle time without supervision leading to pregnancies. 5. This is not necessarily true. There is a reason why the older crowd vote republican, they directly see the tax increases of the democrats and the tax reductions of the republicans.

  4. A Scam Involving Corndogs, if I doubled your internet bill right now, what will you do? If I doubled the price of gas right now, what will people do? If I doubled rent right now, what will people do? Doubling the min. wage will lead to job loss and price raises. We have seen this in studies. The issue is that it was never raised at a 100% increase, ever. Thus in the past any negative effects were lost in the statistical noise as most raises are around 30%. But a 100% increase will be significant enough to lead to noticeable negative effects. When broken down there is not one single good reason to even have a min. wage as nothing positive comes from it.
