@RowanBlake saying they have insurance is asinine. If we do not stop this insurance companies will jack up prices on everyone. Insurance companies are not charities, they are a business and need to make money as well. For example, should I be allowed to destroy your car because you have insurance? If you feel that way insurance companies will raise your rate.

A guy with a felony, not listening to cop's orders, was trespassing and has a history of violence, and then started to reach for a knife. That killing is as just as it can get.

Thepzy_ these events are happening in democrat ran cities. Crime was going down under Trump until leftists created this false narrative that cops routinely, and unjustly, killing black individuals. In fact, less unarmed blacks were killed in 2019 under Trump compared to under Obama.

@marketsocialist6421 to start, what cop injustice? I do not see it. As for the pandemic, I agree it is frustrating as it is pretty much a hoax now. I do see some issues, but it stems mainly from democrat ran states and cities. To me it is a clear sign to vote out the current democrats come November. Instead of burning down cities challenge the democrats and vote them out. Send them a message that way.

@ElenasDad I grew up in rural America, things were great. Laid back and easy going. They are not the ones burning down businesses. Democrat ran cities have parts that are either full of rich people in gated communities, or ghettos.

@marketsocialist6421 never said everything is fine. Simply saying democrats are the ones causing these problems. They are pushing to make lives miserable to try to beat Trump. Look at states with the strictest lock downs still, they are ran by democrats. That is despite their case numbers being low. Governor Murphy refuses to open up NJ despite, since June, they have had low cases. Look at the double standards during the "pandemic". Governor Lightfoot banned hair salons but was able to get a hair cut herself (being fair she needs as much help as she can get when it comes to looks). The governor of IL banned travel but when his wife went to their second home in FL he dismissed. Whitmer opposed the anti lockdown protests, but then marched with BLM later. Fact is that the democrats are insane. There are some good ones, but they are being overshadowed by the crazy, power hungry ones. Again, I am not saying everything is fine. I am saying the problem lies with the democrats. Noticed how all this violence happens in democrat ran states and cities? That brings up another point, Mayor Durkan had no problem with CHAZ until they started building one in her neighborhood. It wasn't the vandalism and it wasn't the killing of a teenager, but they started attacking her neighborhood. Really, how can you not see democrats as being the problem?

@ElenasDad define "poor". If you adjust for cost of living you CA is the poorest state. NV is next. There are many democrat ran states that are poor. But again, that is very subjective in many ways. Define "education". Working in academics like I do I have met many "educated" individuals who are very dumb. For example, I work in chemistry. There was a research group that received a vacuum pump. They did not fill it with oil. Imagine what that did. They are pursuing PhDs. Yep, those "educated" individuals sure know what they are doing.

And what is wrong with capitalism? You, yourself is a capitalist. Things were great until the virus came and democrats shut down parts of the nation. Consider this, of the 26 states ran by republican governors, 25 of them is allowing high school football to play. Of the 22 states with democrat governors, only 5 are allowing high school football to be played. Democrats want people to be miserable to try to beat Trump.

Now here is his shot to act like that. He can easily send in federal troops to all these cities and use this virus as an excuse to gain power. Instead he is leaving all of these issues to the states. @marketsocialist6421 monoplies occur because of government. In a free market monoplies will not exist. In capitalism you have to actually serve the people. If you don't consumers will go to another business. It is that simple. I actually have a great, personal relationship with my boss. And if a company does not treat employees well people won't work for them. In a free market companies compete not just to gain customers but to gain the best employees. Democracy is the majority oppressing the minority, not good.

Floyd was high on drugs, refused to leave his vehicle, when he did he refused to go into the patrol car while saying, many times, that he can't breath. The other three people in the vehicle with him were arrested but not harmed. He asked to lay on the ground. The cops called an ambulance as it was clear he was on something. .

Because think of the economics of it. One, it will cost a lot of people to rebuild. Two, insurance is going to go way up in those cities. If you are an insurance company will you do business in any one of those cities? I wouldn't.
