There is a lot of truth in that. Several women do go to college to get their MRS degree. Think about it. One, college is the best place for several people to meet their significant others. Around the same age, similar interests, and still young. Next, when it comes to the STEM fields men make up the vast majority of that major, especially when you remove biology. Also, women make up a lot of education (especially elementary ed), psychology and social worker fields. There is that "caregiver" aspect in that. Degrees that are also not that challenging.
