  5. Pretty much. I feel it was never scheduled to begin with and Ann is just finding out. I looked at the schedule on Politicon and did not see the debate scheduled anywhere. Also, compared to Ann Kyle is a nobody.

  6. Darc, Kyle is essentially a nobody. People don't have time to debate a bunch of nobodies that repeat the same thing. Also, gives many talks. Someone like Kyle can very easily show up and ask a question.

  11. SomeRandomGuy4132, I never said Crowder does not misrepresent headlines, he does. So does Potholer54. The problem with "fact-checking" is that facts can be viewed in many ways and many conclusions can be developed. That is what makes the climate change discussion so challenging. Let me ask of you, why do you see people like Crowder and Potholer54 discussing this issue in the media but not the actual scientists?

  12. TheCommonS3Nse, he has a geology degree and that's it. He never really used it beyond that. Also, many people can cite scientific literature and be deceptive about it or misrepresent it. I am pursuing my PhD in physical chemistry and I understand how scientists think. I see potholer54 doing a huge disservice on this issue.

  13. -testify-, climate change has been happening for over 4 billion year. Also, you will be hard pressed to get many scientists to conclude that it is a threat because we simply don't know. The ecosystem has evolved for years through climate change. Unless you deny evolution you can't conclude, strongly, that climate change is a threat.

  18. J B, take the issue of healthcare and where Kyle says 45,000 people die a year due to lack of access in the US. He says that number is zero in other nations. That is not true and I can cite studies of people dying in Canada while waiting for "elective" care. I can point to stats of people in Australia dying while waiting for "elective" care, and I can point to a study from New Zealand of people becoming worse off waiting for "elective" care. Also, he said that "elective care" is something like chin surgery. That is not true. It can include issues like heart surgery. Also, a Harvard professor argued against that 45,000 number saying that it is difficult to obtain accurate numbers in cases like that. If you were to push Kyle in that way he will become perturbed as he dismisses the other side of the argument. He will just keep pointing to that one study while I can keep pushing out more and more. Same with the min. wage. He dismisses the other side completely saying there is no legit study that says the min. wage increase leads to higher unemployment when in fact there are. On taxes he says that Bernie Sanders does not want to raise taxes on the middle class when his Medicare for all bill does raise taxes on the middle class. The big problem with Kyle is his completely dismissal of the other side. He will say a talking point and then say the other side is simply wrong with no justification. When you dismiss the other side you are not an intellectual but instead a fool.

  19. Rex The Younger, I don't go to Sam "uh um uh" Seder's channel. I don't go to Pakman's channel either. Why would Kyle debate me? To start, Kyle is almost irrelevant so he has to start somewhere. Also, I do come here a lot, I do get his fans mad, I do have many sources to back up my claims. It would be educational for him and his fans.

  21. Kyle hardly debates. When he does he always says "that is not true" but never gives strong evidence. Simply calling his opponent wrong is not an argument except to his ignorant fans. Most of the time Kyle lives in a bubble and acts like a child.

  22. macbeth642, not true. For example, early on Kyle talks about the 45,000 who die due to lack of access in the US to healthcare. He then says that number is zero in other nations but gives no reference there. The reason why is because the number is not zero. Also, on elective surgery he claims that it is for things like chin surgery when that is false as well. Many times "elective care" could be labeled as elective but is actually life threatening where people have died waiting for care. He has a handful of sources he points to over and over again and ignores the multiple sources to counter his talking points.

  26. Based on these people it is clear. Ann Coulter is relevant. She has multiple books and been on big shows. The people to replace her, with the exception of Michael Steele, are not well known. Th fact is Kyle is not well known. He is a nobody and if you watch his videos he sounds like a child. I can see why Ann backed out.
