  1. +Lightmane321 We have standards in this country via the constitution. This is not the fed's responsibility to take care of this. This is the state of Michigan. If you give the fed that much power and a Flint like government gets to the federal level then guess what, the problem becomes national. The rest of the country should not suffer for what happened in Flint. My city has enough problems as is, why doesn't the fed. fix our problem? People want to look to the fed to fix their problems giving them power, but then they complain when federal politicians take money from big corporations and the rich. You can't have it both ways.

  4. This is not an issue the federal government should be involved in. When you do this you give the federal government the ability to have more control on issues like these. Now liberals may love the idea of this, imagine what could happen if you had a Flint like government at the federal level. Now you made the problem national. I feel bad for the people of Flint, but we can't make radical decisions because we let our emotions overcome us.
