A total repeal of Obamacare does not mean they will repeal pre-existing conditions. They will create a new law to replace Obamacare. The lawsuit Kyle is referring to is attacking the individual mandate where the argument is that pre-existing conditions are inseparable of the law. The point is that the individual mandate is being attacked thus a new law will have to be written to keep pre-existing condition. Kyle has no clue what he is talking about.

Really? Kyle basically lied in this video.

As you can tell leftists rather use emotions as opposed to facts in discussing this issue.

Who are these republicans looking to get rid of pre-existing conditions?

The problem is that with almost every story it can presented in numerous ways with some kernel of truth. These issues are complex and thus when you dig deeper people get bored. This this issue. Kyle is correct in that some republicans are suing to remove the pre-existing conditions of Obamacare, but the people that doing it are attorney generals at the state level saying if the individual mandate is gone than so should the pre-existing condition part. The reason why is because states don't like federal laws like Obamacare and want more freedom and flexibility to handle these issues. Trump and the republicans at the federal level are actually trying to stop the states from doing what they want to do and keep the pre-existing condition. And democrat attorney generals are doing nothing. Read the Health Affairs article entitled "State Lawsuit Claims That Individual Mandate Penalty Repeal Should Topple Entire ACA" Kyle says some truth in this video, but he is very deceptive.
