That is it, it is all racism.  Not the federal government catering to them and treating them as inferior.  Plus, I though poverty wasn't a problem with all the great Democrat policies we keep pushing.  I mean, look at Chicago.  Does Kyle have any other answer to the problem that doesn't deal with just giving money away.  I guess they need more Obamabucks.
