  1. Read HB1032 Section 1 20-16-1804 (b)(1)(B), or page 4 for simplicity. It states "The father of the unborn child, if the father is married to the woman at the time the dismemberment abortion was performed...." You have "married". If you read the laws nothing indicates giving permission to rapists. Really, this is incredibly dumb on Kyle's part. When you refuse to read the laws and just go off of what a radical source says, you are beyond help at that point. No wonder Kyle is losing views.

  3. I read HB 1566, "father" is not mentioned at all in the bill. HB 1566 is simply about the disposal of the fetus. Read that law as well. Don't be like Kyle and go on tangents of stupidity.
