I like how Kyle continues to get things so wrong. How can people take him serious at this point?

Joshua, Kyle talks about how Kavanaugh supports illegal search and seizure. He makes that statement without citing an actual case he ruled on. So I did some searching. In US v Jones he ruled that GPS on an individual's car being used to track someone is not a violation of the 4th amendment. Requiring a GPS to be placed on a car is, but using a GPS on a car isn't. That is similar to using cameras to track someone. When you interact in public there are certain ways the government can track you that does not violate your rights. On Klayman v Obama the ruling that collecting data from a third party does not violate the 4th amendment. There is logic there. Say I were to send a text to someone and I refuse to give up my phone. They can ask the other person instead to view the text. They are not searching you but someone else. Now is that good? One can argue that. But Kavanaugh ruled based on the law and the Constitution. It is on congress to change the laws. All Kavanaugh did was rule it constitutional.

Joshua, Kyle wants judges to legislate from the bench, that is not their job. It is the same when Kyle said Ted Cruz supported a ban on dildos. That was not true. Cruz was the AG and defended Texas based on how the law was written. He was doing his job whether he agreed with the law or not. He did not write the law, he only used it in defense. Compare it to this. If I were to say that the KKK has the right to hold a peaceful rally at a park that is me simply supporting their 1st amendment right. It is not me supporting the KKK. There are differences. Same with the stories Kyle brings up.

If republicans replace him they are caving to the left. Trump won because democrats are extreme. People feel both parties are extreme and need to be reformed but in reality the democrats are the problem. If the republicans cave people will view that as them following the democrats to go against Trump and they will be voted out. If the republicans confirm him it could be death for the current democrats where they will have to reform their party in some way to attract independents.

Get a calculator and fix yourself, a judge is there to rule based on the law. His support of something is irrelevant as they are there to rule based on the law.

Wade, it is people like Kyle that are doing a disservice here. Kyle says deceptive things about this judge and people buy into it. Same with a lot of the media. It isn't so much that people don't know, it is that people are told wrong information.

The Humanity, Kavanaugh never said the president should be above the law. This is the type of ignorance I am talking about with Kyle and his fan base.
1
The Humanity, when you look at the Constitution the president does have that ability with the exception of cases of impeachment. It doesn't make the president above the law. He did answer the question in the hearing because that is a hypothetical that has never been challenged legally. What Kavanaugh said in the past was that the president has a lot of responsibilities and is in a unique position where they are the only one doing their job and thus, while being charged, should be allowed to do their job. In the end there is a way to bring a president to trial and remove them, it is called impeachment.

Again, this is the ignorance I am talking about. He can't make an opinion on a hypothetical with no details. Doing so can make him not eligible for certain cases.

SkyTech RTS, when you say "educate" to you mean indoctrinate them?

Kuyon, the idea of the president pardoning himself has never been brought up in court. If you read the Constitution he could with the exception of impeachment. So there is an argument that the president can pardon himself. It doesn't make him above the law as there is a process to impeach him and remove him from office.

Daniel, when did he say that?

Ryne Green, I can come with stats as well on other issues Kyle talks about. I do it a lot regarding healthcare.

HOBO, I referenced that case. It is receiving data from third party individuals and follows the ruling based on Smith v Maryland.
