  2. The problem is this, where did the medication come from? Was it from an actual pharmacist or someone on the black market? Also, allowing them to keep the medication is a way for them to smuggle drugs. And asking doctors to be there and check up on the medication means we are using valuable resources on these people. No different than the kid situation and taking them away from parents temporarily to make sure they are the kid's parents. If the medication is not from a legit source there are questions to be raised. Also, after traveling a long way with limited nutrition their health will be poor. It isn't as easy as Kyle makes it sound.
