Kyle is 100% wrong on state rights. It was in the Constitution from the very beginning.

Nothing to do with state rights, this is a part of the commerce clause. As long as these companies do business over state lines they have to follow federal law. I know democrats hate the constitution but that is the law.

Crickett , can't speak for other conservatives but for me I follow the Constitution 100%. I have no problem with this as they do business in other states.

@tedg1278 , states decide their own education standards and thus can buy their own textbooks. If they don't follow federal standards, from my understanding, they don't receive federal funding where most go to Title I schools to begin with. Also, the federal standards are very vague.
