  2. Gay marriage cites the 14th amendment. Roe vs Wade didn't cite an amendment correctly. They cited the 14th amendment but did so incorrectly. Also, what is with "protected groups". That violates the 14th amendment.

  6. ***** Privacy yes, but killing is not listed anywhere in the constitution.  You are making a ruling based off of privacy which is between a doctor and a woman.  But even that has limits.  Thus the ruling is wrong.

  7. ***** I agree it is how you see it.  That is why other laws such as rape, murder, robbery, assault, etc. are left up to the states.  Abortion is no different.  It is one of those gray areas that is not set at all in the constitution thus it goes to the states.  Trump supports that. I am not for or against abortion, I am just saying Roe vs Wade was an incorrect ruling.
