  1. If you want the min. wage raised then do it at the state and local level. Background checks do occur with guns. That issue is simply showing ignorance. Also, at Sandy Hook, no background check would have stopped it. Remember, that guy got the gun from a legal gun owner. With the EPA, again, do it at the state level. The reason why the political left loses so much on these issues is because of regressive liberals like Kyle. People are willing to find a common ground, but then you get regressive liberals that when to give them an inch they take a mile.
