But right now so many are being held back due to the rising cost of healthcare insurance.  If we allowed them to grow and not be held back society as a whole will benefit.   4. Corey Oliver True.  I am low income and my insurance plan went up.  Now my employer pays for it, but the counter has been limited raises so less income for us.
