So basically you have to lie, leave out details and hide things from certain people than you get a bill passed.  Giving it a fancy title that doesn't mean anything (like the Affordable Care Act) helps as well.  Remember, this bill had to be passed to see what was in it.  This bill was force down the people's throats, and it is a mess.  Healthcare is really a mess now.  And wait until the employer mandate comes out and jobs are lost.
