  1. It is constitutional to place a ban on a certain group from immigrating. Also, I love how Kyle has this rant on religious freedom but proposes passing laws that go against the 2nd amendment.

  2. The 2nd amendment is the most important amendment we have. The government should always fear the people. While some of our rights have been chipped away they are not completely lost.

  3. To both Josh and Redwingsfan, this country was founded on state rights. If the people were to ever fight against a government it would be against the states and local government, not the military. If the federal government were to attack citizens they would be attacking the states. The states would put an end to it. For example, if the federal government were to attack TX neighboring states, at the very least, will deem that as a threat. They will put an end to it. So the thought process that we will be fighting the military and a tank is not true.
