I see these comments of those supporting and praising the EPA and wonders why republicans want to remove it.  The issue is that nobody wants pollution.  It is that we can't have too large of a government that we can't control.  Issues that the EPA deal with can be dealt with at the state and local level.  It is as simple as that.  Here are liberals that are clinging onto their EPA but then complain when that federal government with new power becomes bought out and corrupt.  Geez, who would of thought of that happening?     Oh, wait, those that wrote the constitution.

  2. ExplosiveDoctrine Very few, if any republican denies climate change. A lot of those on the right want issues that the EPA run to be managed by the state, not the federal government. And republicans are not anti-renewable energy. We have to ease into it. Just jumping to ant-renewable energy will actually hinder progress.
