  2. Z-Scart If they want to be paid more they have to earn it. If they "don't give a fuck" than they don't deserve $15/hr.

  3. Z-Scart I agree they should be fired.  But people working those jobs are simply worth that much.  If they are working that job and work hard they will move up quickly in some way.

  4. Z-Scart Maybe a management position.  Or going to college while working, getting a degree and a good job.  Or simply getting a good reference from that employer to work elsewhere.

  5. Z-Scart Sometimes you have to take a few steps back before you go forward.  The average college debt is less than $30,000.  That is much less than a home.  Considering the payout, especially if you get the right degree, that isn't bad.
