  1. Kyle's opinion on Gorsuch is incorrect. Gorsuch enforces the law and has a history of that. His opinion of assisted suicide means nothing as he does not write laws, he interprets and enforce it. Also, I have not read anything to suggest that Gorsuch feels that assisted suicide is unconstitutional. Maybe if someone can point a quote in the book that would be helpful. But until then Kyle is just smearing Gorsuch with no evidence.

  4. The far left is dividing the party. There are people that feel that Obamacare did not go far enough and were Bernie or Bust. And now the Trump has been elected the left has gone insane. Now with Justice Democrats the democrats are going to lose in the midterms badly and won't hold the presidency until 2029 at best.

  6. If the people agreed with Bernie than why did he lose? The fact is that he lost, badly, to a woman who lost to Trump. And people voted in Republicans who are against Bernie in every way. Sorry, but the people do not support Bernie.

  12. Jacob, he has a record on ruling on the law. I know this may be hard for you to believe but workers can be in the wrong as well. The company is not always at fault. If you don't realize that than, not to be rude, you are not intelligent enough to have an opinion.

Joshua, Roe vs Wade is an incorrect ruling because nothing in the Constitution suggests that abortion is a Constitutional right. it isn't about me disagree with it as I don't have a stance on abortion. It is about me not seeing anything written in the Constitution that makes abortion a right. Just like nothing suggests that assisted suicide is unconstitutional. Gorsuch has a history or ruling on the law as written. If he were to be in a state where assisted suicide is legal he will rule in favor on it as the way the law is written. When the Constitutionality of assisted suicide is challenged nothing suggests he will rule it unconstitutional for a state to have it legal. So no, nothing I said was doubletalk.

If you are going to look for the one justice that did not have a ruling overturned you are going to be searching for either 1. forever 2. or until you find a justice that is new If you are going to make a decision on a guy based on one ruling than you are incredibly bias. Anyway, I will add this. Why was that truck driver in that position to begin with? Here are two things he could have done 1. Read a weather report and stop for the night early 2. pack a blanket and space heater I am going to tell you something that may shock you, but employees can make mistakes as well. Not everything is the business's fault. I know ultra liberals like yourself hate businesses, but take off your bias glasses and realize employees can mess up as well.
