The man is correct. In the end Bernie's policies will have to be enforced with violence. What will happen when people refuse to work? Who will produce at that point? You will have to force people to produce. Take Bernie's stance healthcare. He says it is a "right". You have a right to a jury of your peers in this country. If you are selected for jury duty and refuse you go to jail. So what if a doctor does not want to serve someone? Do you force that doctor to work? If you say no then how does that person receive that "right" to healthcare?

"Why would people refuse to work?" Why work hard when the fruits of your labor is going to taken away from you? "Why would a doctor who's getting paid to treat people refuse to treat people? " When you are asked to take on more patients and earn less you will. Why work hard to go through the stress of becoming a doctor when you have a government that is promising you 1. healthcare 2. a college education no matter what degree 3. vacation time 4. maternity leave 5. retirement 6. a "living wage" And so on? I am pursuing a doctorate right now, it is stressful. I worked 13 hours a day getting my experiment to work. I do so to have a successful live and be well off financially. But if the government is just going to take from me and give to others for doing nothing then why should I work? It makes perfect sense and why socialism never works.

State and local governments do which is a part of their state rights. Even at that they do not have to fun those programs (as we have seen in fire departments where some are private). I always enjoy people pointing to locally ran programs as justification to expand the federal government. It really shows how poor their arguments can become.

Bernie is a radical. Federal government spending is around 20% of GDP, it used to be 14% of GDP after WWII. Bernie wants to now add college education and healthcare which will double government spending since those two programs are close to 20% of GDP. Never mind the other programs he wants. That is being a radical. Bernie wants a centralized government that controls a lot and wants to demolish businesses. He wants to remove the private sector which is also why he is a radical.

He wants it to the degree that it is radical Marxist. After all of that federal spending government spending go towards "free college" and those kids can't get jobs, then what? They will get government jobs. It will grow to that. That is why Bernie is a radical Marxist.
