Also, no system is ideal. Other countries face shortcomings where people die. It comes down to what system, overall, produces and progresses the most. In comparison to car accidents, we can save 35,000 people's lives by banning driving. Or we can allow driving knowing it will progress us while leading to a minor amount of tradagies. We can go socialist in health care, but if it lowers quality and hinders research, is that any better?

But we don't have a free market system, we have a for profit system with a lot of government involvement leading to higher prices. You want everyone to have affordable care that sucks, I want people to have high quality care.
