Not justifying it. Saying what we should always say, go through the Justice System, gather all the evidence and go from there. The problem is that groups like BLM have cried wolf so much that people are ignoring it. What groups like BLM should do is have private investigators and private lawyers take this one to see that there is a fair trial. And after all of that happens accept the outcome. When BLM marched for Alton Sterling, a man resisting arrest, who was tazed twice, and then reached for his gun which led to him being shot, how can people take them serious? I want justice for people who do bad things, that include cops killing someone for poor reasons. But to do that you have to act intelligent here and not a bunch of children breaking things.

@CovidVirgin same here. I feel it is simply poor action by the cops, not a race issue.

No, conservatives are more of "Let us wait until all the facts and evidence comes out and work it out via the justice system before we come to a conclusion"

Sure, and what did it accomplish? Nothing. The problem here is that people like Kapernick were not willing to have a discussion. He said he wanted things to change. Ok, how? Let us discuss. Until then move along.

It is not defending cops but defending the idea that we use the justice system first before we react. Consider this, during the Rodney King trial protesters waited until after the ruling to protest. Now they are just going out and burning things down and looting right after it happens. This is why progress is not accomplished.

This is not an act of racism but simply cops that were poorly trained.

Here is the problem. Groups like BLM have cried wolf so much that when you see this incident you create a large amount of doubt. While investigation should always take place, when certain groups have cried wolf so much and have been wrong a lot of people simply ignore these situation. And what happens is that if justice is need to be made it does not happen.
1
@Birthnote not a deflection but how we should do it. I guess we should instead burn down businesses and loot instead.

@rwilson9759 which is a problem which makes moderates like me having a hard time being critical of police actions at that point. If that is the people they have to deal with no wonder they are no edge.

@anticorncob6 never have been that way. I have always been about going through the justice system first

Kyle talks about these high profile cases and talks about Walter Scott being the only one charging they cop for murder. The issue is that essentially all the other cases the cops' actions were justified. With Eric Garner he was being insubordinate. Now I do not know much about the Floyd case thus I cannot make a conclusion. Kyle talks about independent investigation. Well, BLM can do that. They can hire private investigators and private representations to handle these situations. And after that move on. The problem is that groups like BLM do not want to approach this in an intelligent way and it hinders progress. Also, people need to remember police are ran locally. Just because a group of Minneapolis police acted out of line does not mean all cops act that way in all parts of the nation.

@tove236 So me suggesting civil, and intelligent approach to this issue is a bad idea? ok, how about you burn down a building in protest. That will surely get things done like it has in the past such as after the Michael Brown case.

@Babygirlly555 I agree. However, the union says otherwise. Public unions are a problem. There have been good cops who spoke up about the pandemic and how governor's orders go too far and have been fired.
