Geoff Ozzy Yeah, not even close. There are several examples of how democrats don't care about facts. Take for example the gender wage gap. People who cite that ignore the facts that men have the tendency to pursue degrees that earn more, such as the STEM fields. But, of course, it is easier to name call than to look at actual facts.

Geoff Ozzy Same goes for republicans. It goes both ways. Both candidates for the democratic presidency (Sanders and Clinton) cited the wage gap. Clinton still does. And that is just one of many examples.

Geoff Ozzy Another is guns. People cite suicides and try to make it look like a gun problem. Suicide is a completely different issue, but they don't understand that and push for more gun laws.

Geoff Ozzy Trump supporters are not all republicans either. Also, very few people deny climate change. They, like me (I am getting my PhD in physical chemistry by the way, so I study science), feel that the government is dramatizing an issue to just create more government overreach. Also, a lot of Bernie supporters and Bernie himself didn't understand facts. One of the best was when he didn't understand why home loans have a lower interest rate. The reason why is collateral. He didn't understand basic economics but yet ran an entire campaign off of it. Bernie also talked about the gender wage gap a lot as well. Again, it goes both ways.
