The issue is if trans is considered a gender. Also, being gay is a personality trait, not a physical characteristic like being black. So there is that issue. Have to be careful in this ruling as this can open up a whole can of worms.

@Babygirlly555 , I agree 100% We had a three gay individuals in one company I worked for. The one we fired was broadcasting all the time. The other two didn't.

@TheYakisobaNoodle , not really. l worked at a place where, during the time, hired three gay people. The one they fired was annoying with it. The other two acted professional. Everyone knew they were gay and no one cared. This was also in a very rural area of the nation.
