Jared Vincent, medicare for all is very debatable and experts all across the board disagree for numerous reasons, including doctors. Asking if I am a "climate scientist" shows your lack of understanding of science. Climate science covers a lot of fields from physics to biochemistry to ecology. Next, science does not prove anything. Also, I never said "climate scientists" are lying. In fact, I agree with almost all that they say. The reality is that in science we are hardly scratching the surface on what we know. I am working on a paper right now where I studied vibrational states in two molecules one with 11 atoms and another with 14 atoms. That's it. Why so few? Because it is very hard to study larger systems as we are not there yet. We are still trying to understand small ones. My line of work is trying to understand vibrational states in biological systems to know how RNA and protein folds on themselves. We cannot model that. Why? Because we don't have the technology. My experience as a scientist understands that there are shortcomings, a lot of them. I have a colleague who is studying the physics behind photosynthesis. We don't understand that. There is so much in science we don't know. With climate change we cannot say it is a threat as we don't know how the ecosystem will evolve. To me the ecosystem has evolved for over 4 billion years with climate change, I see no reason why it would stop. Here is where I ask you, do you support the theory of evolution?

Jared, they have not described it as a hoax. The propaganda behind climate change is, but Scott Pruitt said many times climate change is happening. You say climate change is "manmade". I don't disagree. To a point it is. Simply by the 2nd law of thermodynamics man plays a role. However, how much of a role is the question. And is it even a threat? Again, the ecosystem has evolved for years, why would it stop now?

You are complaining about republicans supposedly denying climate change but don't question democrats presentation of the science. That is being bias.
2
Darth, that has always been happening.

Kyle is not too bright. The Air Force used to be managed by both the Navy and Army until 1947 where the Air Force became a separate department. The Air Force controls anything space related. Creating a Space Force relieves the Air Force from that and allows one department to worry about that which can make defense more efficient.

This administration is not "anti-science".

Jared Vincent, climate change is a debatable topic. It has been happening for over 4 billion years. The questions with it now are 1. How much does man play a role 2. Is it even a threat 3. If it is a threat, what do we do Now while I don't agree with what Trump said I would say climate change has been pushed by the left in a very deceptive way as an excuse to raise taxes and regulate business, essentially grow in power. As a scientist myself I don't see the Trump administration as anti-science.

Jared, I never said what our researchers discovered is a hoax. I am saying it is being misrepresented by politicians. The political left is misrepresenting climate change for political gain. Why is it that we don't see a bunch of scientists out there side by side with politicians pushing to do something about the climate change issue? But we do see many economists side by side with politicians? Because no credible scientist is going to say what the politicians are saying.

Jared, no one denies climate change. That is the first thing you need to realize.

Kyle is an idiot. This is simply re-organizing the military to create a branch to handle situations in space. It won't cost much at all. Will it increase costs? Yes. But it would be hardly noticeable compared to the overall cost of defense.
