  2. +Shinji Kurosaki The problem here is that he is allowed to have someone volunteer to work for him, but if someone is willing to work for $5/hr at a company that is not allowed according to Kyle, even if both parties agree to it. It is to show his hypocritical stance on the min. wage. Why are workers allowed to volunteer for him?

When you get a job like that you don't sign a contract. Also no matter the form you have to report income. You can get win at a casino or the lottery, or get an inheritance, you have to report income and a lot if taxed on it. This isn't apples and oranges. Kyle is taking advantage of someone but then he complains when the min. wage is too low according to him. He needs to put his money where his mouth is. He is a business. He earns money. He needs to pay his workers the min. wage......no $15/hr since that is what he wants as the min. wage or keep shut up.
