That happens when you lose control of the government which is why we need more local government. Also, when you allow government to give you things you need then you give them power.

  2. Vorawind, police are ran and funded locally. The fire department is ran and funded locally where 70% of fire fighters are volunteer. Also, in comparison to healthcare, you do not have to go to college for 8+ years to become a police officer or a fire fighter. You do to become a doctor. The programs are not comparable at that point.

  3. Vineeth Philip, TheRuthlessRanter is right, those programs are ran by the state and local governments where they are not required to provide. States do not have to provide a K-12 education but still do. Looking towards those systems to push for a federal single payer system shows how ignorant you are on the issue.
