  1. You can say the same about liberals. The Constitution was there to limit government, especially the federal government. But they ignore that all together.

  2. I really don't buy into the whole 4% being innocent. One, we have a system where you are innocent until proven beyond a reasonable doubt guilty. Next, this is why it is a lot of times it is more expensive to put someone on death row than to keep them in prison for life. Finally, what evidence exist to them being innocent, and why is not used to keep them off of death row to begin with? That is the major one.
