  1. He isn't. He is talking about how now people will simply say "well, if government can just push out cash this time, why not all the time". It is showing how people will use a crisis as an excuse to expand government.

  2. True. What Kirk is saying is that many on the left will use this crisis as a point that M4A is supposedly affordable. They will take a temporary case to push for a permanent policy.

  3. Not true. The issue he is raising is that many far leftists will simply say "well we were able to pay for this relief program, thus we can easily pay for M4A". People are using this crisis as an excuse to expand government which is an issue.
