  2. There isn't a bad idea. As a gun supporter I see the reasoning behind this. It is similar to bail and keeping people in jail until the court date. You leftists wanted change this is it. Temporarily take away the guns and make it permanent after court.

  5. Paul, that is a part of due process. This is similar to bail. You are placed in jail or you pay bail which is taking away our money without due process and you get it back when you go to court. Some instances require an approach like that.

  6. Taknom, that is the point. It has to be a severe charge, it can't be fore something minor. We will place people in jail without bail if they are charged for a severe crime. That is technically imprisonment without due process.
