  5. Forcing a private company to give him speech is oppressive as well. Freedom of speech is there to prevent oppression by the government. Do I agree with him being fired? For the most part no as I support the exchange of ideas. But forcing a private company not to fire him is just as oppressive.

  8. Rules against the media is pushing for state media and is pushing for limiting speech. Kyle is contradicting himself here. He wants to censor the free speech of corporations here with pushing for regulations in media.
