  5.    QE was criticized in that it almost led to inflation. The reason why it did not was because the money was kept in the banks and never saw the market.

Just like how, right now, there are talks of cutting funding in the police but what is really going on is transfer of money from one source to another with a different name but the same function. You are being fooled.
