Most live paycheck to paycheck due to poor money management.

Except people are doing better under Trump.

@badbanana0 , yes. You are giving away money without producing anything. In order to increase the value of money you need produce.
2
@Flameprinz , I did.
1
@MillerIndustriesInc , how many live paycheck to paycheck because of poor money management? You have to factor that in.
1
@Flameprinz , a lot of people are poor because of bad life choices. Not all, but most.
1
@Flameprinz , programs like the min. wage have harmed people by placing them in poverty.
1
@mikesamra9126 , exactly. The swing states that supported Trump are doing better and that is what matters. The people who are doing well are the rich celebrities and media personal freaking out as they lose control of the masses.
1
@stackbundles7058 , Flint was a local issue and a problem prior to Trump.
1
@Counter-Intuitive , Utah is a republican state that does very well. That is an issue of history and culture.
1
Evan Zuppardo , a lot is an arbitrary number. You will have to look at percent. Consider this, though. Consider that around 70% of lottery winners go bankrupt. Why? Because of poor money management. Also, one can argue it is no poor money management but simply enjoying life. One of my co-workers is traveling to Europe. Does he have to? No. He can save that money. But he is enjoying his life. Point is saying X% live paycheck to paycheck is not an argument as it ignores many factors such as money management.
1
@Flameprinz , the min. wage led to higher unemployment for unskilled workers. Also, one can argue the purchasing power of the min. wage is high.
1
As usual, a poor analysis by Kyle. The facts by Yang are very deceptive. For example, how many live paycheck to paycheck due to poor money management?
1
The facts presented by Yang are highly deceptive.
1
It does play a role though.
1
@Gnolomweb , you are correct. That is why so many live paycheck to paycheck. They have poor money management skills.
1
Jojoboi oil , are they being paid so little? Again, what is their money management ability? What value do they actually generate?
1
@pigs6486 , never said they don't work hard, they just spend a lot of their money. Is that bad or good? That is subjective. One can say they are enjoying life. Look at how many live in a house that they don't need. My boss, for example, has a 2 bedroom but lives by himself.
1
@Gnolomweb , true. This is the problem with Kyle and his fans, and the far left in general. They throw a stat out there and make the claim that things are horrible. They never consider other situations such as poor money management skills.

@thewalkingoriginal3478 , I agree there are people living paycheck to paycheck simply because of their low income they earn. But you have to consider a few things. One, how many are there? Two, do they some sort of help from friends and/or family if needed? Three, how long will they be in that low income situation? Such as, are they college students soon to be in higher paying job? And so on. Also, how many have credit cards? What is ironic is that Bernie Sanders wants to cap interest rates of CC to 15%. That will prevent poor people from having a CC just in case they need unplanned help or something comes up. Bernie Sanders is pushing for a plan that will harm poor people. Arguably I will be on that list as I had to use my CC as my university did not reimburse me soon enough an I had to make a much needed purchase. My interest rate is over 15%. You have to consider that.
1
@thewalkingoriginal3478 , actually, wages have been outpacing all measures of inflation such as PCE, CPI, and GDP deflator. Besides that, what inflation rate are you going to use? I bet you did not know there was more than one method to measure inflation.
