  3. J.J. NOX If we had a flat tax then I can agree to a point.  But as of now we don't have that.  The same people pushing for those programs want to tax the rich at a disproportional amount.  In the end they want the rich to pay for the poor stuff making it free for the poor. So yes, it is free.
