  1. +May the Science be with You Economics is natural. There is a lot of psychological factors involved. Take price ceilings and price floors for example. Say the government were to set a price floor on gas and make it $10/gal. How much gas would you buy? Now say a price ceiling were set on homes at $300,000 a home. You go to sell your home. How much work would you do to improve it in hopes to sell it for more? Not much considering there is a max price you can sell it for.
