  4. Exactly. Saying 76% live paycheck to paycheck does not mean people are poor. It means they don't budget well. That is not to say there are not a group of people who do budget well but simply don't make that much money. But reality is that most don't budget well. Kyle needs to stop generalizing when he discusses economics.
