  6. +William Brown The Japanese and with Guantanamo the argument is that they are not Americans. I agree with it at times. Not always but I do see the argument. "Sad thing is that in Guantanamo a man froze to death in his cell as a form of torture and was completely innocent." It wasn't torture it was intensive interrogation. Whether or not it is moral is one thing, but it is legal.

Those who are rich can only offer you a job and/or a good/service. They can't do anything beyond that. Government can. All the progressive tax does is use threat of violence to bring down success due to simply being greedy or jealous of those who have been successful. "The minority in a progressive tax system can still be rich," By what standard? And who sets it? " For instance, large trucks heading down the freeway which put much more wear and tear on our roads need to be paid for" Which exist because those with money invested in a company to by goods that need to be delivered by trucks.

  9. +xXBadCompanyEliteXx Our system was designed for a checks and balance system. The roles of the federal government are outlined clearly in the constitution and the limitations of all government are outlined clearly in the constitution. All we need to do is follow that.

  13. To start, at the federal level we never had a democracy. Next, money in politics is simply a symptom of a disease. That disease is a federal government with too much power. If you limit the power of the federal government then they have nothing to sell thus there will be money out of politics. The solution is so simple but yet people are too ignorant to realize it.
