  3. Uh, not quite. If you are that skilled another business will hire you and pay you more. Businesses work on thin profit margins of around 7%. That means for every dollar they earn they only get to keep 7 cents of it. Yes, a business wants more but competition does not allow it.

  4. Hilton is an outlier. Trump was very successful. His bankruptcy is simply failure that comes with success. Look at successful people. Oprah was denied jobs in the past. Walt Disney was denied a job for not being creative enough. On the Walton family and wealth, learn what wealth is before you comment on that. Kyle is a complete idiot on this topic. I can see why he is losing views and why Bernie is not going to win.

  6. There is a nature vs nurture argument there. The nature one is that those kids are naturally gifted and are able to succeed or take on challenges. The nurture is either one, they have more opportunities, or two, they are raised in a way to work hard and be responsible.

  15. While many may not have a savings our country has a system were many can go into debt and be fine. Kyle points out the fact that the Walton family has X amount of wealth, or more wealth an 50% of the country. That is not a bad thing. A reason why that exist is because many, like me, are in debt and have negative wealth. I have less wealth than a poor person in Ethiopia who has no wealth and no debt. I have negative wealth. We have a society where someone can regress and be fine and later progress. The guy in this video is correct. If you work hard you will be fine. At times you may have to get a loan or even go bankrupt. But in this country you will be fine. The Bernie crowd is simply lazy and entitled.

  16. JR 14, Teddy is dead. But I would have no problem saying what I just said to Bernie and his fans because I can support what I say and not have to resort to talking points. You say I need to get "educated". How? What should I study? Economics? Saying "get educated" is not an argument.

  17. JR 14, I can give you two quick examples. One, the fact that we are communicating the way we are shows how technology is vastly better now than in the 50s. Everyone's lives are better for that reason alone. Also, life expectancy is higher as well. But please, give me your stats to show we are not better.

  21. alphatrion100, your next employer could be a larger company or a company that produces more revenue. Or you could be getting a position that simply pays more. For example, you do office work at one place and you are very productive. Your company refuses to pay your more but another one comes in and offers you a position that is higher up where you pay more such as an area manager.

  24. A car today is cheaper than a car in 1948. How many miles can you get out of a car from 1948? What gas mileage would you be able to get? How safe were those cars?

  25. There are jobs available in the STEM fields. People are just lazy and entitled. They feel that their gender studies degree is worth something and when they do not get a job out of it they cry for free stuff. Now to be fair there is more to it than that. There has been this push on kids that simply earning a degree is worth it when in reality the type of degree matters. There have been many government programs making it harder on kids to grow such as the min. wage making it harder for them to obtain jobs and learn how to work in the work force. But as a whole there are jobs out there, people just have to obtain the skills for them.

  26. Poligraf, there is more to the economy than just money. Even at that the top 10% earn 40% of the income. The top 1% are not hoarding all the money. I feel you need to study economics. Also, people have to do jobs they do not like to live. It happens all the time. Do you feel those factory workers really enjoyed their jobs? What is your economic system to have? People do whatever they want and have a "living wage"? With that I would just drink whiskey all day and earn a living off of that.
