  10. There are people on both sides that will vote for whoever no matter what. There are people who will vote for Bernie no matter what he says or how he got destroyed in the debate against Cruz. Bernie said if you are white you can't be poor. People still support him. You win elections with independents. Right now facts and logic are not on the side of the left. That is why they lost. The left has too many radicals and it chased independents away. Trump is very logical in all reality which is why he won. When he wants to place restrictions on illegal immigrants and the left calls him racists that is a problem of the left.

  11. T K, stop and frisk is similar to DUI checkpoints. That was challenged with the 4th amendment in mind. The reasoning behind keeping it is that no right is without restriction, and when you enter the general public there are what are considered "reasonable" restrictions on you as you are interacting with the general public. For example, DUI check points and stop and frisk. Your 4th amendment right is still held as your private home is protected, but not yourself when you are in public. It is similar to CCW with guns. You have the right to bear arms and in private you can hide them. But in public in order to hide it you need a CCW. That is the whole point, you are in public.

  12. T K, look up "Michigan Department of State Police vs Sitz" The government can come up with "probable cause" to create random checkpoints. DUI checkpoints are in areas of high traffic during times of more drunk drivers. Stop and frisk are in areas of higher crime. Race has nothing to do with it. It has to do with a public place where there is more crime and thus it is to push for crime reduction. Now you may disagree but in terms of it being Constitutional it is. If you feel it isn't than background checks and CCW are unconstitutional with guns.
